B42 is a proven all around bull. He was used extensively in a commercial herd, and earned his way to the status he now holds. This moderate framed, easy fleshing, massively thick calving ease bull has excelled in every aspect of the beef industry. His commercial calves have done exceptionally well in the feed yard, going 80% choice as calf feds with no more than 150 days on feed. B42 daughters are as good of beef cows, as we have ever seen, in any breed. They have the amazing ability to milk heavily, while maintaining above average body flesh, breeding back quickly, and all have super dispositions.
Another terrific trait that B42 possesses, is his ability to sire herd sires. He has repeatedly proven his prepotency through his sons. The cow men that own them, love them, and have come back for more. Calves out of his sons have surfaced to the top repeatedly, both at weaning, and in the feed yard.

Direct Deposit is the poster bull of BUB Ranch. You may see his picture on many of the Missouri Angus publications and advertisements as well. Known as TC Dividends best son, Direct Deposit sires very stout, very attractive animals while maintaining tremendous calving ease, and maternal traits. Deposit daughters have picture perfect udders, obviously milk and pass on growth traits allowing him to become a pathfinder sire with only his secound crop of females. Deposit sons still demand a premuim and the positive traits he has sired are still what the best beef business strives for today. Direct Deposit is homozygous for tenderness traits using the Genestar system. Limited semen available.
Don Carlo is the highest growth bull we have ever used. There have not been any AI sires used at the BUB Ranch that have come close to siring consistent high growth cattle that possess bone, guts and marketability. Don Carlo sons are sucked up by the commercial cattlemen faster than any other sire used other than Crown Prince. Carlo daughters have tremendous volume, and plenty of milk. Don Carlo is like having the opportunity to use hybrid vigor in your herd. The most unique Angus bull ever to eat grass in the Ozarks. Semen available
Hulio was packed full of red meat. If you are a club calf enthusiast Hulio has a lot to offer. Hulio daughter's milk as heavy as a person would want. Our most attractive cow families, many several generations down the line stem back to Hulio. We have never pulled a calf sired by Hulio and we have used him on heifers. Hulio is all about the beef business. He has a lot to add in every way except epds. Semen available
Newton was a bull before his time, one of the first 036 sons to see service. Newton is extremely calving ease, and his daughters are phenomenal producers. We rarely have a bull calf sired by Newton but when we get one he is good. Newton is one of the more unique 036 sons in that he carries and transmits more muscle, bone and foot than most New Design bloodlines, which may be due to his fantastic dam Lucy 8033. This cow has produced a long line of success stories for the McCurry brothers, and the Wallace family. Newton bred cows until he was 11 years old and spent the last half of his life at the Hughes farm in St. James, MO. Semen available
Bubs Plenty Good N47 " Hewey"
Hewey is owned by the Hughes family of St. James, MO, and was purchased at our annual Spring bull sale as lot 2 four years ago. Not raised as a show bull, Hewey was halter broke at the age of 15 months, shown twice, and came out as the Grand Champion bull of the Arkansas State Fair. His three month show career ended that night and he went to work doing what he was suppose to do, breed cows. While in the show barn Hewey bred a show heifer and the resulting calf went on to be a many time champion including the Res. Champion Female of the Arkansas State Fair, and the next year a champion cow calf pair. We love the Hewey story because if you study his pedigree, he is a combination of many BUB Ranch bulls. We have since used Hewey AI and plan to use him as much as we can. He has excellent gene star results, a great disposition, and epds that make many AI sires pale in comparison. Semen available
"Tommy" is a bull we went after to provide some much needed outside genetics. This Gridmaker son topped the Camp Cooley yearlings and went to work right away. He is a massive muscled bull with a moderate frame and a tremendous EPD spread. Tommy's claim to fame will be his easy fleshing good uddered females. Tommy is owned with Misty Mills of Walking M Ranch, Quitman, AR. Semen available
Bubba was the first Direct Deposit son to catch the attention of on lookers. He was tremendously long, and massive. Bubba is a cool choice for a calving ease sire because the calves come easy but look stout right from the beginning. Bubba daughters have been good, hard working cows that produce marketable calves. The dam of Bubba is still in production at the age of 17. She is gray, and ready to drop a calf again!!

There aren't words to describe the place he holds in our hearts. Crown has sired lots of bulls and some really great daughters. All Crown calves have eye appeal, and tenderness DNA. Crown is kind of like a runway model with a genius IQ, he could do no wrong. One of our most popular semen sellers, and rightfully so as he has just recently sired one of the most winning females in this region in a long time Crown's Princess Cindy.

Mannie is the combination of the prolific Flora N754 and Don Carlo. This bull is a little larger framed with tremendous bone and foot. Mannie is a treffic choice to use on traditional angus cows. Much like his sire Mannie is like an outcross bull within the breed. His first calves have come easy and his birthweight is expected to come down. Mannie sons are being well received by BUB Ranch commercial bull customers.
