Company Information

Home-based in south central Missouri, BUB Ranch Beef Alliance is a family owned and operated divirsified ranching operation. We are involved with large commercial-based cattle and meat goat operations, feedlots, and a cutting-edge registered Angus herd. We are continually striving for the best ways to raise and market our products.

Fleshing ability, feed conversion, and fescue tolerance, along with necessary mothering traits are the building blocks from which our herd was built. When assessing any meat production animal, male, or female, our philosophy is, "How young can we harvest them, what quality will their carcass be, and how much will it cost to get them there?"

Involving ourselves with every facet of the beef industry, from breeding, calving, developing, feeding, and finishing, we truly know the beef business. We feel that our knowledge of the total business has allowed us to make good decisions concerning our replacement stock. The fastest way to improve any herd is through a good bull.

The year 2004 was the start of the Oregon County Buying Station, at the BUB Ranch headquarters. Just like the cattle business, complete knowledge of the goat industry led us to find the most profitable market for our kid crop. A USDA graded buying station, where goats and sheep are purchased by quality grade, and weight class, held monthly right here at home.
